Entry Deadline:	Postmarked by March 20 (No late fee)
Late Deadline:	April 1 (Add $6.00 late fee if postmarked after March 20) No late entries accepted after April 1.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:	The school is very close to the intersection of SE 181st Ave. and SE Stark. It's at the end of a dead end street. Here's a Google Map. From I-84, take Exit 13. Go south on 181st. Turn left at Stark. From I-205 , you can go east on Stark. Turn south onto 182nd off of Stark. When you get to the school, drive all the way to the south end of the campus. The gym will be on your left. Park on the south side of the gym.

To enter your individual events, you can download an entry form. Fill it out, send it to Debbie Anholt (below) along with a check and a copy of your USTA card. No late entries accepted after April 1.
